TeamViewer is a great piece of software that allows you to share your computer screen with someone else. This is remote free program that enables file sharing and computer to computer connection. It is completely safe and only people with your computer ID can access your computer. This would be a great way to incorporate a guest speaker, they can take over your computer and do a presentation from miles and miles away.
